TRADITIONAL INDIAN BLOCK PRINTING WORKSHOPS

Each Indian Block Print Workshop will begin with a demonstration where we share the techniques, tips and tricks we have learnt over the years to enable you to print with confidence. You will then pick from a variety of blocks, choose your colours and explore different pattern designs on test fabric.  Once you are confident with your printing and designs, you will use the skills you have gained to print your chosen item.

Please note that block printing can get messy, we recommend you wear something that you do not mind getting paint on and of course we will have aprons available.

Being passionate about all forms of crafting we will throughout the course of the year offer a limited number of guest workshops in addition to our Traditional Indian Block Printing workshops. These workshops will encompass ceramics, marbling, felting, silver clay and wreath making. Spaces will be limited for each of these, so please join our mailing list if you would like to hear about these guest workshops before they are posted onto our website.
