Workshops
Tickets for our block Printing Workshops are non-refundable. We understand that plans can change and if your unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or if there is space you can rebook onto another workshop in that seasons block, we appreciate your understanding. The Coastal Studio is a home based environment with a number of steps, we regret that there are no disabled facilities. We do offer workshops throughout the course of the year at other venues that do offer disabled facilities.

We want you to enjoy your experience of shopping with The Coastal Studio so to help make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible for you, things you need to know are outlined below.
Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your order but if not simply contact us to return it within 14 days from the despatch date, in its original unused condition, with a note that includes your name and order number. It is your responsibility to pay the cost of sending the order back to us and in the condition that you received it in, so please wrap it securely and obtain proof of postage as it is still your responsibility until we receive it back.
Refunds
We will refund the item straight away but it may take a few days before the funds appear in your account.
Faulty Items
All of our items are checked before they leave us but occasionally we might miss something or it can get damaged in transit. If you find a problem with your order, please email and we will investigate and make it right. In most instances we will ask you to return the faulty product to us. If you need to be refunded because of a faulty item, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will then refund you via your original payment method. Please note the funds can take a few days to show in your account.
